I was recruited back into TÜV SÜD to develop and lead the global commercial operations. This leadership role encompassed financial controlling and regulatory compliance, financial reporting, analysis, risk management, and internal control systems management. The Product Service Division operated in 20+ countries and generated more than 370M Euro annually in sales. After joining as the CFO, I was asked to assume full accountability for global business development activities.

I directed the launch of the Business Planning Department for this worldwide designer, manufacturer, and exporter of audio products and high-definition televisions. With a 450M Euro operations spanning manufacturing and R&D throughout Singapore, Malaysia, and China, I led business planning, sales forecasting, and financial reporting activities.

I was selected by TÜV SÜD to lead a high-profile SAP project to integrate SAP into the existing financial organization at the German headquarters. The scope of this project also included conducting technical reviews of sites across India.

I was recruited as a Project Manager for FCO initiatives and quickly advanced to roles as a Financial Controller and as a Business Development Manager. During this period, I led the company's first international SAP platform implementation and training rollout, I created the market entry strategy for a JV in Thailand, and re-engineered business and operations processes.

EDELCA constructs and operates hydroelectric power generation facilities in Venezuela with over 16,000 MW capacity and over 5.700km of transmission networks. Provided active support in project controlling at the Supervision and Control Department. Defined technical and contractual terms of the control system for the Macagua II project.

PDVSA is active in exploration, production, refining and exporting oil, and exploration and production of natural gas. Participated in project to manage energy usage through PLCs (programmable logic controllers). Performed feasibility study for investment in knowledge based systems.
